The ‘Outcome Letter’ from the Independent Commissioner’s Office had arrived by email on the afternoon of the 15th April. I published that ‘Outcome Letter’ in my previous ‘Latest Issues’ post. I was encouraged by their findings following the investigation into my complaint about the Trust and the handling of my access to records requests.
