SOME IMPORTANT UPDATES

Anniversary

Today is notable, the fifth anniversary of my first meeting with CAMHS ‘art therapist’, Sally Mungall. That meeting and the resulting 'art therapy' remains the epicentre of my enduring mental health crisis.

Hampshire Constabulary

I have made several formal complaints to Hampshire Constabulary this year, including an ‘OPEN LETTER’ directly addressed to Alexis Boon QPM, the Chief Constable of Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary on the 17th March. I have received no further communication beyond the acknowledgment received from Tanya Smith, Office Manager for the Chief Officer Group two days later stating 'I can confirm you letter has been received and logged with our Public Complaints Department. They will respond in due course'.

Similarly, multiple complaints about Hampshire Constabulary lodged with the IOPC ( Independent Office for Police Conduct ) remain contemptuously ignored.

Hampshire Police STILL retain false information about me on their local database despite my repeated requests for removal. I am accused, WITHOUT EVIDENCE, of ‘stalking’ CAMHS ‘art therapist’, Sally Mungall. I also robustly deny accusations of ‘harassment’ and ‘making unwanted contact’ with relation to CAMHS ‘art therapist’, Sally Mungall

Additionally, Senior Manager for Public Access, JIMU, Hampshire Police, Jason Russell C2093 and police mental health liaison, James Howard 12913, and their involvement in the contentious referral of me to the government counter-terrorism initiative, Prevent remains worryingly unaccounted for.

I am now forced to consider escalation of action to draw attention to my legitimate grievances.

Health and Care Professions Council

Earlier today I received an update from William Rodway, Investigation Team Manager at the Health and Care Professions Council, providing me with further information regarding their Investigation Committee Panel’s recent ‘fitness to practice’ decision.

I will be forwarding a considered and comprehensive reply to Wiliam Rodway by Monday, 7th September 2026, latest, copying in the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, the Chair of The Health and Social Care Select Committee and my own MP. I will publish my response, in full, here at the same time.

25th September 2026

This upcoming date marks another notable anniversary, the fourth year since I was visited at home by PC Newstead and offered ‘words of advice’ about making ‘unwanted contact’ with CAMHS ‘art therapist’, Sally Mungall. Despite being assured that the advisement did NOT constitute a ‘harassment’ warning, the ‘occurrence’ was recorded as ‘stalking/harassment’ and was entered onto Hampshire Police local records under ‘Category 2, Violent & Sexual Offences’. All my complaints and protests to date, including three hunger strikes, have fallen on stone deaf ears.

I had planned to stage an irrevocable protest on the 25th September 2026, preferably in front of a national audience.

Documentary

My daughter Meg has been encouraging me to make a documentary about my experiences of mental health services over the past several years. Meg has all the necessary equipment ie cameras, computers and video editing software and I have years of experience in lecturing and public speaking. Between us we can produce quality documentary style content or even a regular podcast to publish on social media platforms and forward to national broadcast and other media outlets. The documentary or podcast would be a hard-hitting, candid expose into clinical negligence, professional malpractice and corruption, telling the truth with full journalistic license. This might be the perfect opportunity to engage with a wide national audience.

Meg and I will trial a short test film in the next week or so.
