LATEST ISSUES 25th March, 2026

My New Campaign begins today. It will become visible, slowly, over the course of the coming weeks and months across multiple platforms supported by popular social media sites, content hosts and other designated mainstream and alternative news media .

Eventually, when it has gained momentum and attracted the attention of a public audience of sufficient size, it will appear here, on my blog page.

The ‘Open Letter’ I distributed on the 17^th of March has, so far, provoked a minimal response. The three institutions that I have been tenaciously pursuing for accountability, namely

HAMPSHIRE POLICE

 HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION TRUST and

The PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN

have all failed to inspire real confidence of imminent, positive action.

HAMPSHIRE POLICE

I addressed my ‘Open Letter’ to Alexis Boon QPM, Chief Constable Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary but my issues have already been relegated.

I can confirm you letter has been received and logged with our Public Complaints Department. They will respond in due course.

I am likely being recycled, yet again, through ‘Public Standards’ and will probably receive the same dismissive response as before in 2023, 2024 and 2025 despite the statement published by the College of Policing

‘The principle of policing by consent relies on the trust and confidence that the public has in the police service and the wider law enforcement community. Professional standards departments (PSDs) can play an important role in the maintenance of that trust and confidence. Mental health liaison, PC James Howard 12913, has been ‘out of the office and not accessing any emails until Monday 23rd March.’ I have made previous attempts to contact Howard but he has continued to ignore my requests for accountability. I will follow my own good advice and not hold my breath waiting for a response to this ‘Open Letter’.

I forwarded the ‘Open Letter’ to the Board of Directors at HAMPSHIRE AND ISLE OF WIGHT HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST alongside the CEO, Ron Shields and received the  following response

It remains to be seen if the ‘relevant person’ will treat my ‘Open Letter’ with the seriousness that it deserves.

I am due to meet Darren Humphrey, Director of Quality and Professions for the Mid and North Division, Hampshire & IOW Healthcare Foundation again on the 8^th April, 2026 for updates following ‘further exploration’ of current complaints. I am anticipating a response to the ‘Open Letter’ at the same time.

I have challenged the PHSO decision not to investigate the ‘full scope’ of my complaint against the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Lawrence Hall is currently reviewing my challenge and will provide a detailed response by the 8^th April, 2026 latest.

The fallout from the PREVENT debacle has disrupted the natural flow of blog entries under the ‘JUST CAWS’ continuity for almost four months. So I have decided to repost the previous three entries over the following week, namely
