This is the final post of LATEST ISSUES for 2025.
I managed to collect ALL the evidence including files, medical records, documents and emails previously submitted to the Health and Care Professions Council. This work was completed yesterday and resubmitted to Matt Jonkers at the HCPC to support the FULL SCOPE of my ‘fitness to practice’ complaint against registrant Sally Mungall. The case will then be heard by the HCPC Investigating Committee Panel on 11 February 2026.
A final submission of evidence ran to 31 full documents with an additional 41 additional files of letters and emails. The 31 full documents are each afforded brief summary over a further 17 pages. I will follow up with a brief written account of the events as they played out between September 2021 and September 2022 and forward to Matt Jonkers on the 5th January, 2026.
I was tempted to immediately start publishing this material to Four and Twenty Dead Crows but I have decided to wait until after the Investigating Committee Panel has considered and passed judgement.
My attention will be wholly focused on the PREVENT debacle for the next three to four weeks. I need to chase down ALL records held by HIOWHealthcare Trust, particularly the information currently being withheld by Sadie Bell at the alleged insistence of the police. I am also currently awaiting a Right of Access request for access to the data held on PCMT ( Prevent Case Management Tracker ) with Thames Valley Police. When I have ALL records I will submit a comprehensive document of evidence cross-referenced against the government’s Prevent Duty Guidance to the legal teams associated with PreventWatch. I will then take legal action if so advised.
I am still waiting for an update from the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman with reference to my complaints against CAMHS, Bramblys Drive , Basingstoke and the wider Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust originally submitted in September 2022.
I expect full cooperation from the HCPC with regards to upholding the FULL SCOPE of my complaint against their registrant, Sally Mungall.
I expect full cooperation from Sadie Bell’s team at Information Governance, HIOWHealthcare Trust in securing ALL records requested by me ahead of formal complaints against Gemma Stubbington and the Safeguarding Board of HIOWHealthcare Trust for their ill-advised referral of me to the government’s counter-terrorism initiative, PREVENT.
I expect full cooperation from Jason Russell, Senior Manager for Public Access, Joint Management Information Unit, Hampshire Police and Thames Valley Police in securing ALL records held on the PCMT and ALL other police databases.
If I deem it absolutely necessary I will renew protests by way of further hunger strikes and further demonstrations outside the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street and other significant sites in Central London as well as new sites around Basingstoke.
I will continue to raise awareness of my story through my New Campaign throughout 2026 and strive to make myself newsworthy for radio, tv and print and online media. I expect my readership of my blog and other social media accounts to grow exponentially.
