This post updates the reader of the current status of my complaints currently with
THE HEALTH AND CARE PROFESSIONS COUNCIL against their registrant, Sally Mungall
THE PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN against the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust
GEMMA STUBBINGTON and the SAFEGUARDING BOARD of HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE with reference to the referral of me to PREVENT
And the JOINT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT UNIT of HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY
1) The HCPC are currently only investigating a part of my complaint against their registrant, Sally Mungall. I am currently arguing for the FULL SCOPE of my complaints to be heard by the Investigating Committee Panel. I believe that some of the evidence already submitted by me to the HCPC has either been lost or overlooked since my complaint was originally made in September, 2022. Over the last couple of weeks I have been making exhaustive efforts to gather ALL evidence by way of files, medical records, documents and email stored on my various databases to resubmit to the HCPC. This work will be completed and a resubmission of 30 comprehensive documents, newly correlated and cross-referenced against their Standards of conduct, performance and ethics will be made by the end of tomorrow, the 22nd December, 2025. I will be submitting additional material to the HCPC before the end of this year.
2) The PHSO had been stubbornly refusing to investigate the FULL SCOPE of my complaint (C********) against CAMHS and the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust until MP for Basingstoke, Luke Murphy intervened on my behalf. I received an email on the 13th August, 2025 informing me that ’ Your case (C********) has been assigned to a caseworker ’. I had assumed that this was a new assignment to my original complaint but I have heard nothing further from the PHSO. I will need to write to the PHSO again while making new complaints to the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee.
I first made this complaint in September, 2022. The PHSO MISLAID my complaint ONCE for over a year and then a second time for many, many months. The lack of competency and efficacy of the PHSO borders on the criminal and I WILL NEVER BACK DOWN from holding these fuckwits to account.
3) The following email threads brings my dealings with Sadie Bell and Jason Russell up to date. I received the following email from Sadie Bell at HIOWHealthcare last Friday

I refer to my email below and can now confirm that Thames Valley Police are the Legal Entity in respect of Personal Data held on PCMT and will need to deal with your Right of Access Request.
Obviously I am part of a Collaborated Unit and provide the Right of Access to both forces. As such, I have logged a Right of Access request for access to the data held on PCMT with Thames Valley Police.

Thank you for the update.
Does your update have any bearing on my current dispute with HIOEHealthcare Information Governance and Sadie Bell's following advisement that
'We have been advised / informed by the police not to release any PREVENT information, under Section 45(4)(b) of the Data Protection Act 2018.'
I am asking Sadie Bell, Director of Information Governance at HIOEHealthcare for ALL communication between Gemma Stubbington, the former Head of Nursing who made the original referral of me to PREVENT and the Safeguarding Board of HIOEHealthcare who allegedly insisted on the referral.
Claims are being made by Gemma Stubbington and the Safeguarding Board that the police ALSO insisted that the referral to PREVENT go ahead. Currently I see NO evidence of the police making that request. The only evidence is of a police request for Gemma Stubbington to fill in a CPI, Community Partnership Intelligence form.
Are you able to lift the restriction on HIOEHealthcare Information Governance and allow Sadie Bell to forward ALL PREVENT information held on THEIR records to me or, does Thames Valley Police lift the restriction? ( I am of the belief that YOU are the authority that has placed the restriction on HIOEHealthcare Information Governance and Sadie Bell ).
