A MURDER OF CONSPIRATORS # 15 Dealing with Wanda Reynolds 3

My suspicions of Wanda Reynolds continued to mount up like Siberian snow drifts. It was becoming obvious to me that Wanda Reynolds was acting as sole custodian of the facts, parsing out just enough information to keep me quiet, hoping to divert me away from incriminating evidence. The tactics that she employed were, on reflection, dishonest, disingenuous and deceitful. Wanda Reynolds had repeatedly lied to me.
I was later forced to report Wanda Reynolds to her regulatory body, Social Work England, which resulted in a ‘fitness to practice’ investigation. ‘ When we say that someone is ‘fit to practise’ we mean that they have the skills, knowledge, character and health to practise their profession safely and effectively without restriction. Fitness to practise is not just about professional performance. It also includes acts by a social worker that may damage public confidence in the profession. ‘ - https://www.socialworkengland.org.uk/concerns/fitness-to-practise-guide
I will return to the specifics of the ‘fitness to practice’ investigation carried out by Social Work England in the sequel ‘Just Caws’ to be published here later this year. In the meantime, I maintain, with absolute conviction, that Wanda Reynolds repeatedly and consistently LIED to me.
I sent Wanda Reynolds another email

Hi Wanda,
I’m really anxious over the lack of progress on both the disclosure of the records of the ‘extensive meeting’ and also the progress of the investigation into my complaint.
Is there any news?
Kind regards,
Mark
Wanda Reynolds replied
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your emails, I am mindful that you have a lot of questions, many of these Vicky and I have answered in the formal complaint response which is in the final stage of checking. All complaints go through quite vigorous checks and I was sent back the letter today with some final changes that were requested I made. I will do this today and will have it sent to PALS for Monday. I understand from PALS today that all complaint responses from Monday are needing to be reviewed by the CEO office.
I am aware of the anxiety that waiting is causing I have responded to your questions this week below, but moving forward I won't be able to answer emails and any further questions will need to be directed to PALS to be responded to through that process to ensure that all points are attended too.
In answer to your question below:
Dr Natalie Roberts was not attending the meeting to evaluate you. Dr Roberts is a clinical psychologist and our clinical lead for the county, she had been going to attend to answer any clinical questions you had about the work with Sally. Unfortunately on the day of our meeting she was called away to attend to another meeting and therefore did not attend with me.
My stated view was that we had offered work that we would not usually offer in CAMHS. I apologised that we had offered work that we would not usually offer and the distress that you have experienced since this work ended.
Dr Roberts has been involved in the conversations about not offering the session on the 3rd February and was in agreement with this.
You emailed earlier this week and asked if Sally had confirmed the minutes of the meeting. Sally is away from work this week in AL and I was not aware of this until yesterday when I checked with the team as I had not had a response. I understand that Sally is due to return from leave next week and I will pick this up again on Monday.
I hope this is helpful and you are able to enjoy the weather this weekend.
Take Care
Wanda

Wanda Reynolds was obviously having trouble keeping up with my enquiries and I was immediately cynical about her decision not to respond to any further emails from me . In my mind, Wanda Reynolds now knew the game was up, that she had underestimated my tenacity in determining the truth and overestimated her managerial strategy to protect the professional reputation of the Trust and individual clinicians.
