My attempts to hold individual clinicians, management and leadership staff affiliated with NHS mental healthcare services in Basingstoke to account continues to be delayed and obstructed.
I had expected to be spending my valuable time on my New Campaign to raise widespread national awareness of my story but my attention has been diverted.
First, I have needed to resupply ALL previously submitted documents to the Health and Care Professions Council ahead of an Investigatory Committee Panel hearing scheduled for the 11th February, 2026. This has been deemed necessary because it is almost certain that the HCPC have mislaid a significant proportion of evidence submitted by me since September, 2022. I still have one final document to complete and send by the 19th of this month after which the HCPC will have ALL the evidence to support the FULL scope of my complaint against registrant Sally Mungall.
Second, I have been trying to hold Gemma Stubbington, former Head Of Nursing at CMHT, The Bridge Centre, to account for her contentious referral of me to PREVENT along with the Safeguarding Board of the Trust and the DSL, likely Susan Corley, who allegedly supported the referral. Sadie Bell, Director of Information Governance at the Trust is refusing my lawful Subject Access to Records, claiming 'We have been advised / informed by the police not to release any PREVENT information, under Section 45(4)(b) of the Data Protection Act 2018.' There is no logical consistency in Sadie Bell's statement as her department has already disclosed part of the records including the actual PREVENT referral forms completed by Gemma Stubbington. This makes me highly suspicious. Did a police authority really insist that the PREVENT referral go ahead and was a police authority really advising/informing Sadie Bell not to release any PREVENT information? What is everyone so desperate to hide?
I have returned multiple times to Jason Russell asking for confirmation that a) it was him that 'advised/informed' Sadie Bell's department and, if so, to b) rescind the advisement because 'the PREVENT referral was actioned, assessed by Dawn Jenks 25487 of Prevent Referrals Hampshire Police and CLOSED on the on the 27th July, 2025. There should be NO exemption under Section 45(4)(b) of the Data Protection Act 2018, because there is NO necessity for the prevention, detection, investigation, or prosecution of criminal offences or execution of criminal penalties.' Jason Russell responded with 'As outlined previously, I will not comment on another organisations response to your Right of Access request. You will need to direct any issues to them.' When I returned to Sadie Bell she replied 'I have previously advised on the Trust’s position reference this matter and redirected you to the ICO, should you wish to pursue matters further.'
I have already contacted the Information Commissioner's Office and been advised that there is a waiting time of 29 WEEKS before they can respond to complaints.
Jason Russell and Sadie Bell are playing ping-pong with the truth while I am at the net with my hands tied.
If I am forced to wait the full 29 weeks for the ICO to respond to my complaint then no action will be taken before the 9th JULY 2026!!
THIRD, I am still waiting for new Head of Nursing at CMHT, The Bridge Centre, Joe Jackson, to investigate complaints made by me on the 12th September, 2025, FOUR MONTHS AGO!!!

I am somewhere between abject frustration and simmering anger.
Joe Jackson continues to fail to meet reasonable expectations in managing my complaint 61044.
My complaints, first forwarded to the Trust on the 12th September, 2025, were separated into three parts
The Prevent referral form that Gemma completed contains contentious entries made by her. I have since made written requests by email, directly to Gemma asking her to explain those same contentious entries but while she has acknowledged my emails she has not, so far, offered any explanations.
I have been advised by Gemma that the referral to Prevent was insisted upon by the Safeguarding Board of the Trust and by Hampshire Police. There were NO records of Gemma's communication with the Safeguarding Board of the Trust on this matter within the records disclosed on the 9th September, 2025. I have since asked admin/secretary at ACP, Larissa Cleverley for ALL records cLarissa wrote to me to advise that she was going to approach the Safeguarding Board of the Trust with my request. I haven't heard anything from Larissa regarding this matter since the 16th September, 2025.
The same disclosure of medical records revealed further serious issues unrelated to the referral to Prevent. These serious issues related to misrepresentations, false allegations and omissions in my medical records. I compiled a document titled 'MISREPRESENTATIONS, FALSE ALLEGATIONS AND OMISSIONS IN MY MEDICAL RECORDS' and forwarded that document via Reception at CMHT, The Bridge Centre with instructions 'Please would you forward this email along with attachment to my care coordinator, John Kelly and or to Joe Jackson, Head of Nursing, Professions and Quality'. I considered this document to be an extension of *****. It may be that this additional set of complaints needs to be separated and designated a new reference number but the document hasn't even been formally acknowledged.
When I did finally meet with Joe Jackson on the 4th November, 2025, I had been expecting to discuss my complaints in further detail. I was extremely disappointed to learn that Joe Jackson had already made up his mind about my complaint and closed parts 1) and 2). He informed me that he had decided the referral of me by Gemma Stubbington had met the criteria set out by the Trust.
Joe Jackson made NO effort to explain Gemma Stubbington's contentious entries onto the PREVENT referral forms.
I contend that some of the actual entries made by Gemma Stubbington are absolutely FALSE. I believe this to be a serious case of misconduct and potentially fraudulent.
Joe Jackson made NO effort to address the issue of ALL records of Gemma's communication with the Safeguarding Board of the Trust on this matter.
I was somewhat incredulous at Joe Jackson's decision and his suggestion that I forward my complaint to the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman. I consider Joe Jackson's management of my complaint as unprofessional, discourteous and dismissive. I told Joe Jackson that I already had experience of the PHSO and know that the ombudsman is 'corrupt', unfit for purpose and long overdue legislative reform. The PHSO is where complaints go to die.
I have discussed this case with the Director of PreventWatch and have agreed to submit documents for the attention of their lawyers by the end of January, 2026 and will take legal action against Gemma Stubbington and the Trust if so advised.
That leaves part 3) of my complaint about the INACCURACIES AND MISREPRESENTATIONS IN MY MEDICAL RECORDS. Even though I had originally made a complaint about these issues on the 12th September, 2025, I had to go over the details AGAIN during my meeting with Joe Jackson on the 26th November, 2025 still unattended. I wrote yet another email yesterday, 6th January, 2026 enquiring about the status of my complaints but haven't received a reply.
I now wish to make a complaint about Joe Jackson for his unprofessional, discourteous and dismissive management of parts 1) and 2) of my original complaint and for his failure to investigate part 3) of my original complaint in a timely manner.
The referral of me to PREVENT was supported by information that clearly MISREPRESENTED me and while the referral was actioned and closed immediately by police at Prevent Gateway due to lack of merit I continue to suffer considerable psychological distress. The referral was actioned by Gemma Stubbington and ill-advisedly endorsed by the Trust's Safeguarding Board with zealous efficiency, but my efforts to access records and hold individuals to account are being cynically and unlawfully obstructed.
It has almost been FOUR MONTHS since I first complained!
Is there anyone senior to Joe Jackson who can investigate my new complaints and treat them with the seriousness and respect they deserve or do I need to write to the board members of the Trust, the Trust CEO Ron Shields, Luke Murphy MP, the Integrated Care Board and NHS England?
