LATEST ISSUES 8th August, 2026

These are the latest emails detailing the recent rescheduling updates of the Health and Care Professions Council investigation of the concerns into their registrant, Sally L Mungall's fitness to practice. Almost four years have passed since I made my original complaint and the Investigating Committee Panel of the HCPC hasn't even considered the case.

Dear Mark Stock, 

Following my email yesterday, I have been informed by the Scheduling Team that an earlier panel slot has become available. As a result, this matter has now been relisted for consideration by the Investigating Committee Panel on 20 August 2026, which is earlier than the previously scheduled date.

I recognise that this does not undo the delay that had already occurred, nor the effect that this process has had on you. However, I hope that bringing the matter forward will provide some reassurance that we are actively monitoring and progressing this case when spaces allow.

'Disappointed' doesn't cut it, Matt. My FTP complaint will now enter into its FIFTH year without being formally investigated by the HCPC, while the fallout from your registrant's actions continues to wreak havoc and perpetuate severe and substantive consequences in all daily aspects of my life.

Following discussions with our Scheduling Team, I regret to inform you that the matter has been relisted and is now scheduled to be considered on 21 September 2026.

Unfortunately, the previously listed date, 07 September 2026, can no longer be accommodated. 

I appreciate that this will be disappointing news so If you have any questions, please let me know. 

Please quote the ‘FTP’ reference number at the top of this letter in your correspondence with us. This will ensure that we are able to respond as quickly as possible to your questions.
