THE ‘I AM NOT A TERRORIST’ PROTEST
in central London
This is to announce a comprehensive campaign of protests in central London alongside events across social media in preparation for my fourth hunger strike due to commence later this summer.
I am protesting serious injustice at the hands of Hampshire Constabulary, abuse and clinical neglect by clinicians working at CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke, breaches of ethical standards by leadership within the wider Sussex Partnership and failures by various regulatory bodies to properly regulate and investigate wrongdoing by clinicians and mental health service institutions.
On the 24th June, 2025 I donned crow mask and cape and protested outside the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street, Horse Guards in Whitehall and around Trafalgar Square. The entire protest amounted to no more than three or four hours but the response was significant. There was a noticeable spike in traffic to my blog site and to my other social media accounts over the following days. The sightseeing public had noticed and was curious. People were looking in from Aldershot to Anaheim, Eastleigh to El Paso, Kensington to Kalamazoo. At the expense of a train ticket and looking slightly ridiculous in a cosplay mask and cape I had theoretically demonstrated that I could engage with a widespread audience and recruit them to bear witness to my next hunger strike. All I would need to do is repeat the theatrical stunt in and around multiple government sites and tourist spots in central London and I would possibly have followers in significant numbers. The more people that I can draw the more political weight my protest carries.
So, this becomes the plan.
I dedicate four weeks of time and effort to concentrated protest outside places like the House of Parliament and Downing Street and the most popular tourist spots in and around central London. I choose times in the calendar when most people are on holiday and the tourist season is at its height.
I need to resolve these issues immediately.
I have, categorically and provably, been psychologically damaged as a result of abuse and clinical neglect caused by clinicians working out of CAMHS, Bramblys Drive Basingstoke.
I have, categorically and provably, suffered reputational and psychological damage as a result of spurious accusations, misrepresentation and dishonesty as a result of actions taken by clinicians and leadership working out of CAMHS, Bramblys Drive and the wider Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
My daughter has, categorically and provably, endured prolonged and unnecessary psychological suffering as a result of clinical neglect and failures to follow internal policy and protocol and NICE guidelines.
I have, categorically and provably, been psychologically and reputationally damaged as a result of actions taken against me by Hampshire Constabulary.
I have, categorically and provably, been grievously underserved by the regulatory bodies The Association of Child Psychotherapists, The Health and Care Professions Council and the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman.
I begin in earnest on Tuesday 5th August, 2025. I will publish dates and itineraries on this blog site and inform the Metropolitan Police of my plans 48 hours before each protest. I hope to simultaneously run a visual campaign on Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms. While this campaign will be known as the ‘I Am Not A Terrorist Tour of Central London’, it may include locations in Basingstoke including CMHT the Bridge Centre and CAMHS, Bramblys Drive.
On Tuesday 2nd September, 2025, the fourth anniversary of my first meeting with CAMHS art therapist, Sally Mungall, I begin my fourth hunger strike.
I need to resolve these issues immediately. I have, for over three years, campaigned, tirelessly, for accountability and yet at every turn, my efforts have attracted nothing but contempt, disdain, dishonesty and corruption. I have sought to protest, as is my lawful right but that lawful right has been judged a pre-crime, a precursor to terrorism! If this is justice then I don’t recognise it. Is this really the state of Britain?!
I will resort to whatever pro-social action necessary to bring these issues to a head under the full scrutiny of a widespread public audience. I will, if necessary, engage in civil disobedience and, if necessary, risk arrest. I will weaponise my body and use it as a tool of protest. If necessary, I will starve myself. The only person at risk will be me.

The outcomes that I am seeking are as follows
HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY
I want Hampshire Constabulary to remove ALL information that falsely identifies me as a terrorist, a potential terrorist or suspect of ‘thought crimes’ or ‘pre-crimes’ that have been entered onto the Prevent Case Management system, the Channel Management Information System or the new single database designed to replace PCM and CMIS. The referral of me to Prevent is a suppression of my right to freedom of assembly and the lawful right to protest. I do NOT give my consent to any information generated by the Prevent referral to be retained by the police or any other body that they wish to share with.
HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY
I want Hampshire Constabulary to remove false, discriminatory and psychologically damaging information held under my name from their local database. This information is currently being held under ‘occurrences’ 44220382742, 44220331362 and 44220305219 and falsely names me as committing an ‘offence’ of making ‘unwanted contact’ with CAMHS art therapist, Sally Mungall, ‘ongoing harassment’ and ‘stalking’, currently recorded under a ‘Category Two’ ‘Violent & Sexual Offences’, justified, apparently, because I am deemed a ‘risk’ to the public. I have been advised that this information will be retained by Hampshire Constabulary for at least 10 years and possibly until I am 100 years old. There is NO evidence to support any of the above accusations.
CAMHS, BRAMBLYS DRIVE, BASINGSTOKE
I want clinicians responsible for abuse and clinical neglect variously of both my daughter and me properly held to account. I want clinicians and leadership responsible for dishonesty, for misrepresenting me in communication with other healthcare professionals and lying to me and to others about me to be held to account.
THE SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST
I want those involved in the Patient Advisory Liaison Services investigation of my complaints lodged with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in May, 2022, to be held to account for their failures.
THE HEALTH AND CARE PROFESSIONS COUNCIL
I want the HCPC to investigate the full repertoire of my complaints against CAMHS art therapist, Sally Mungall and not just the single complaint currently being considered by their Investigation Panel.
THE PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN
I want the PHSO to reverse their decision to close my complaint file and make full use of its High Court powers to properly investigate the entire scope of my claims against CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke and the wider Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
THE CURRENT BRITISH GOVERNMENT
I want the Labour Party to initiate a cross-party commitment to respond to the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee calls for legislative reform of the PHSO. Legislative reform of the PHSO is long overdue. ‘The UK Ombudsman is #corruptbydesign’ - PHSOtheFACTS
