Three weeks ago, I made the following entry to my blog

That opportune moment is now.

My original idea had been to make yet another appeal to Hampshire Police to ask them to remove the FALSE, DISCRIMINATORY and PSYCHOLOGICALLY DAMAGING information they currently hold on their database under my name. I have made two previous appeals through the police Professional Standards, neither of which were upheld.

Incredibly, both of those appeals by me did not actually challenge the veracity of the information held by Hampshire Police. My first appeal was actually a complaint about the appropriateness of PC Newstead’s visit to my home on the 25^th September 2022 to ‘offer words of advice’. My second appeal was to have the information ( ‘occurrences’ ) removed from their database. It was explained that the information is being retained under ‘Management of police information’, ( MoPI ) guidelines. I was then given the run around by at least four separate departments of Hampshire Police for around a year before they actually confirmed the information about me was being held under ‘CATEGORY 2 VIOLENT & SEXUAL OFFENCES’ despite NO offence being committed, NO criminal action taken and NO entry onto the Police National Computer!!!

For the last three weeks I have been overwhelmed by the enormity of the issues currently beleaguering me.

The PREVENT debacle has taken up much of my precious time for more than EIGHT MONTHS. I have been trying to hold clinicians and leadership to account for their ill-informed and reckless referral of me to the counter-terrorist initiative but those involved have constantly sought to obstruct, obscure and obfuscate.

My lawful Subject Access Requests to my personal data continues to be cynically denied by Information Governance at the Trust and by Hampshire Police and both are resisting compliance with instructions set out by the Information Commissioners Office.

I requested police mental health liaison, James Howard 12923, answer questions set out in writing FOUR WEEKS AGO tomorrow regarding his involvement in my referral to PREVENT but he hasn’t even offered the courtesy of acknowledging my request.

I asked Gemma Stubbington, on multiple occasions, to answer questions set out in writing since 12th SEPTEMBER 2025, regarding the false and or contentious entries she made on the National PREVENT referral forms but she has NEVER answered those questions.

I asked newly appointed Head of Nursing at CMHT The Bridge Centre, Joe Jackson, to investigate my complaints about the PREVENT referral AND serious irregularities in my medical records back on the 12^th SEPTEMBER 2025 but he did not.

I have recently been appointed Darren Humphrey, Director of Quality and Professions Mid and North for HIOWH Trust to investigate my complaints where Joe Jackson would not. I met with Darren on the 25^th February, 2026 though nothing was resolved. My next meeting with Darren is scheduled for the 8^th April 2026, SEVEN MONTHS after my compliant was first made and almost TEN MONTHS after I was referred to PREVENT.

I am still waiting for the Health and Care Professions Council to agree to the FULL SCOPE of my ‘fitness to practice’ complaint against their registrant, Sally Mungall. ( I first made that complaint THREE AND A HALF YEARS AGO! )

I made a ‘fitness to practice’ complaint against Mark Birbeck, CAMHS child psychotherapist, to the Association of Child Psychotherapists. The ACP investigation in 2023 absolved Mark Birbeck of the majority of the mistakes made while my daughter was under his therapeutic care. Instead, the ACP accepted Mark Birbeck's account of events on face value and apportioned blame to the institution, ie CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke under the management of the Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust.

I am still waiting for the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman to agree to the FULL SCOPE of my complaints against Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust. ( I first made that complaint THREE AND A HALF YEARS AGO! ) The PHSO deem my complaints to be ‘disproportionate’, regardless of the findings of the ACP.

I have recently written to Emily Sills, Head of the Ombudsman Assurance Team but she has NEVER even acknowledged my email.

I have asked Basingstoke MP, Luke Murphy, to call for legislative reform of the PHSO in line with the advisement of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee. The PHSO as it currently stands is ‘corrupt by design’.

I have written to the Home Office and to Shabana Mahmood directly about the issues highlighted above.

I HAVE since become aware of Office of the Independent Prevent Commissioner and filed a comprehensive complaint about the PREVENT referral to them. I am hoping for a response.

I now think I should include Maggie MacIsaac, Chief Executive of NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board in my ‘Open Letter’.

I have previously supplied evidence to past Health and Social Care Select Committee hearings so they should also be included in my ‘Open Letter’.

The only advocates currently offering advice and support on the PREVENT referral matter are Layla and Anna at Prevent Watch. I should include them both into my ‘Open Letter’.

And then there is the national press, the alternative press and social media.

My ‘Open Letter’ now goes far beyond another appeal to Hampshire Police.

I need to make a ‘statement of intent’ and that will require a carefully chiselled stone, deftly delivered to multiple addressees. That will take time. I might not post to this blog for the next seven to ten days but when I return next week I will begin by posting my ‘statement of intent’.

My statement of intent will herald my New Campaign.

I want my life back.

I intend upon getting it back or I will die trying.
