I am now fully committed to compiling a comprehensive legal brief to be submitted to lawyers affiliated with PreventWatch*. I intend for this work to be a thorough and persuasive written argument challenging the appalling decision by authorities within Hampshire and IOW Healthcare Trust to refer me to Prevent, the government counter-terrorism initiative, last year. This legal brief will be supported by all evidence available and cross-referenced against the government's Prevent Duty Guidance for England and Wales. As previously stated, I will, if advised by lawyers affiliated with PreventWatch, take the Trust to court. I had intended to submit this brief to lawyers by the end of January but Information Governance at Hampshire and IOW Healthcare Trust and Public Access at Hampshire Police are cynically and vexatiously obstructing access to important evidence. The Information Commissioner's Office has, over the last several days, intervened on my behalf but I anticipate both Trust and Police dragging their heels. What the fuck are they trying to hide?

I will have little time to post new material to this blog for at least a week while I complete this important work.

What I can post, in the meantime, is the ‘table of contents’ of the first chapter of this blog posted under the title ‘Four and Twenty Dead Crows’. I made a start on this minor work around a week ago and it is currently a work-in-progress. I will post this ‘table of contents’ immediately after posting this edition of LATEST ISSUES and add to it over the coming several days.

A similar ‘table of contents’ for the second chapter of this blog posted under the title ‘A Murder of Conspirators’ will be completed some time in the Spring of 2026.

*PreventWatch are 'the only organisation in the UK solely dedicated to addressing the harms caused by the Prevent strategy.'
