RESPONSE TO LETTER DATED 9TH DECEMBER, 2024 PART THREE

This is the final part of my response to your letter dated 9th December, 2024.
Your letter informed me that you had decided that the following issues did NOT meet your threshold
-misrepresentation of service user
-delay in responding to service user
-failure to provide appropriate car
-informed consent
-record keeping
-failure to respond to complainant’s concerns
-failure to refer complainant’s daughter
In Part One and Part Two of my response I asked your Senior Decision maker to reconsider the two most contentious issues, namely
-misrepresentation of service user and -failure to refer complainants daughter
In this final part I would ask your Senior Decision maker to reconsider the next most contentious issue, namely
-failure to respond to complainant’s concerns
In order to substantiate my claim that Sally Mungall failed to respond to my concerns I have attached a Word document titled ‘Fitness to Practice’ complaint against Wanda Reynolds’. This document is my complaint about CAMHS General Manager, Wanda Reynolds forwarded to Social Work England. Wanda Reynolds was absolutely complicit in lies by omission to me, misrepresentation of me, obfuscation, dishonesty and deception. The document outlines my exhaustive efforts asking Wanda Reynolds to respond to my concerns about the ‘art therapy/parent work’ carried out by Sally Mungall and to answer my questions about efforts by Sally Mungall and her clinical cohorts along with leadership including Wanda Reynolds herself to MISREPRESENT me.
You will note that I have already explained the reasons why I contacted Sally Mungall, forwarding my complaints document and an email, in August and September 2022. I had absolutely GOOD reason to believe that Wanda Reynolds was continually engaged in a dishonest and deceitful campaign against me, likely to protect the reputation and career of Sally Mungall, herself and the reputation of CAMHS, Bramblys Drive and the wider Sussex Partnership Trust. I have already provided evidence that irrefutably proves I was concerned that Sally Mungall herself was not being informed of the details of my complaint and that she might be blindsided by my complaints at a later stage.
I ABSOLUTELY believed that Sally and I were likely to engage in a mutually consensual relationship after I had attended our agreed meeting on the 3rd February, 2022. Sally had given me good reason to have reasonable expectations that this might happen. I ABSOLUTELY believed that Sally had later attracted professional criticism from leadership at CAMHS and that she had possibly been advised, against her own personal wish, to refrain from contacting me. Nevertheless, I was left incredulous at her ‘silence’ throughout the course of that year, 2022. I was fearful that she had been threatened with sanction or punitive actions and I was initially loathe to jeopardise her professional reputation and so maintained my own self-imposed boundaries. I even wrote to Wanda Reynolds in March, 2022 asking that Sally be spared any punishment, taking full responsibility for ‘boundary violations’ onto my own shoulders even though I was never actually responsible for such violations.
My email contact with Sally in September 2022 was made in good faith and with honourable intentions, making a lengthy appeal for answers to my questions around what had gone wrong in art therapy/parent work and why I had been MISREPRESENTED by her and her clinical cohorts and leadership at CAMHS.
SALLY MUNGALL ABSOLUTELY FAILED TO RESPOND TO MY CONCERNS
She should
1) have responded directly and fully in accordance with your own Ethics and Standards and answered my questions or
2) responded directly, informing me that she would not or could not answer my questions and informed me that she did not want me to make any further contact with her or
3) responded by proxy, designating a third party informing me that she would not or could not answer my questions and informing me that she did not want me to make any further contact with her
Sally Mungall did not respond to my concerns. Instead, she chose to contact Hampshire Constabulary and make an inappropriate complaint of ‘stalking/harassment’ which, as you now know, had and continues to have devastating and life-denying consequences for me. This had been the perfect opportunity for Sally Mungall to do the right thing, make amends and act with humility and contrition. If she had taken that opportunity then things would have been very different and I would almost certainly have not have initiated this ‘fitness to practice’ complaint. I would now go further and suggest that Sally Mungall’s failure to respond to my concerns and use the state power of the Police to manage her own professional shortcomings to be a fair reflection of her character which should bring into question her liability while she continues practicing as an art therapist.
It is only because my mental health is so poor and that I am irreducibly exhausted that I am unable to respond to the remaining issues

And, finally, I am aware that this ‘fitness to practice’ complaint will NEVER hold Sally Mungall to account for the damage done to both my daughter and to me. The stated purpose of your ‘fitness to practice’ investigation is to question Sally Mungall’s continued fitness to practice.
With that in mind I am making you aware that I intend, EVENTUALLY, publishing ALL details of this complaint through social media. In the meantime will await outcomes to the HCPC investigation as it may be that this complaint reaches the tribunal stage which means that the national press will be invited to attend proceedings and publish their own observations. My intention to publish details to social media aligns with my wider campaign to raise awareness of my own journey through mental healthcare services in Basingstoke while advocating on behalf of my mentally ill daughter.
