Email sent to Paul Douglas at the Health and Care Professions Council this afternoon. I will not be publishing Paul's 'CONFIDENTIAL' email received yesterday evening by me at this time.

Dear Paul,

Thank you for your email and the update to my fitness to practice complaint.

I accept your apologies for the poor service offered to me by the HCPC and sympathise with the HCPC around the issues of resourcing.

I will be contacting you regularly over the coming weeks and months for further updates and reserve the right to make complaints further up the managerial chain within the HCPC as and when I feel it is appropriate.

In my communication with Ewan Shears dated 8th October, 2024, I mistakenly asked for the contact details of the CEO of the PHSO, another complaints body that I am currently engaged with, when I should have asked for the contact details of the CEO of the HCPC.

Would you please forward the contact details of the CEO of the HCPC and also advise me on the relevant details should I need to escalate my complaint beyond you and the stage 1 service complaint.

Please also be advised that I have recently initiated a social media campaign to raise public awareness of my issues with your registrant, Sally Mungall, along with CAMHS, Basingstoke, the wider Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Hampshire Constabulary and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. I have done this in preparation for a planned protest of Hampshire Constabulary by way of hunger strike scheduled to commence on the 6th January, 2025. I will be publishing all documentation relating to the above individual and institutions but will, from today and for the meantime, refrain from publishing any documentation relating to correspondence with the HCPC.

My patience in this matter is not inexhaustible. My daughter and I have both suffered far too long already because of the actions, abuse and negligence of those individuals and institutions mentioned above.

Thank you for your time.

With regards,

Mark

It should be noted that, at the time of writing, the HCPC does NOT, currently, have a caseworker availble to surpervise my complaint although I have been assured that it has been assigned to the next stage of the formal complaint process and remains a 'priority'.
