LETTER TO SOLICITORS AND THE NATIONAL PRESS

Week ending 12^th June 2026

Hello,

I am writing to you because you are either a solicitor or lawyer or because you are a member of the national press or a representative from the alternative press.

I am asking for help to fight against multiple injustices against me and to raise awareness of grievously serious cases of clinical negligence, lies, wilful misrepresentation, false allegations of criminal offences, the misuse of the government’s counter-terrorism policy PREVENT and corruption perpetrated by SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST, HAMPSHIRE & IOW CONSTABULARY and HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION.

My enduring efforts to hold individuals and institutions to account have been either been contemptuously dismissed or cynically obstructed by use of LAWFARE. I was inappropriately referred to counter-terrorism through PREVENT after I expressed my intent to peacefully protest injustice by HAMPSHIRE & IOW CONSTABULARY. My complaints made directly to the Chief Constable of the force, Alexis Boon have been ignored. Similar recent complaints made through the IOPC have also been ignored.

The PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN has repeatedly refused to uphold the full scope of complaints, despite having HIGH COURT powers within its remit, against a backdrop of years-long defiance of calls by the PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE for legislative reform.

THE FOLLOWING IS A BRIEF ACCOUNT OF THE ISSUES

Between September, 2021 and December, 2021 I was given the wrong service provision by CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke under the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST. Instead of sanctioned ‘parent work’ I was encouraged to engage in ‘art therapy’ without my informed consent, which turned into intrusive psychotherapy investigating ‘intergenerational trauma’. This resulted in a mental breakdown and, later, a suicide attempt.

During the beginning of 2022, clinicians and management working on behalf of the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST then conspired to MISREPRESENT me in communication with their professional colleagues within the local CRISIS team within HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST ( formally Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust ) and within HAMPSHIRE & IOW CONSTABULARY. All of this was carried out covertly without my knowledge. I was never given an opportunity to present my perspective or challenge the veracity of claims made against me.

Management working on behalf of the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST then lied to me and dismissed my concerns, leaving me psychologically damaged and vulnerable. I was referred to HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION for a mental health assessment and was discharged immediately after. In April, 2022 I made a suicide attempt.

In June, 2022 I secured my medical records from INFORMATION GOVERNANCE at HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and discovered evidence of MISREPRESENTATION of me and LIES about me made by clinicians and management working on behalf of the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST. I complained.

My complaints were investigated by PALS at the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and closed later without resolution. I was advised to refer my complaints to the PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN, which I did in August, 2022. I was informed by the PHSO that, due to a Covid 19 backlog, a caseworker could not be appointed to my complaint for over 11 months. ( The PHSO actually overlooked my complaint for over a year until ‘prompted’ by my local MP in October, 2023 ).

Following advice offered by the HEALTH and CARE PROFESSIONS COUNCIL, I contacted the ‘art therapist’ who had delivered unsanctioned intrusive psychotherapy investigating ‘intergenerational trauma’ asking for explanations as to what had gone wrong and why they had misrepresented me. The ‘art therapist’ immediately called HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY to complain about me.

I was visited at home by HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY and offered ‘words of advice’ about my behaviour but later ‘access to records’ requests by me revealed THREE OCCURRENCES falsely accusing me of ‘MAKING UNWANTED CONTACT’, ‘HARASSMENT’ and ‘STALKING’, all of which I strenuously denied.

I made a formal complaint to HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY on the 27^th September, 2022. The response ‘outcome letter’ reminded me that I had not been criminally charged followed by ‘no further outcome’ and yet the OCCURRENCES recorded categorically accused me of ‘MAKING UNWANTED CONTACT’, ‘HARASSMENT’ and ‘STALKING’.

After more than a year of persistent enquiry through three separate departments of HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY it was revealed that THREE OCCURRENCES ( two of which were recognised as mistakes by Hampshire Police ) had all been recorded and retained on local HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY database under CATEGORY 2 VIOLENT AND SEXUAL OFFENCES and would remain there for at least 10 YEARS or possibly until I reach 100 years old!

The information recorded and retained by HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY can be used against me, discriminate against me, adversely affect any future employment opportunities that require enhanced DBS checks and prevent me establishing and or maintaining healthy adult relationships. I am, effectively, made a prisoner and a social pariah. I have been traumatised by the whole ordeal. My quality of life is so diminished that I might as well live as a recluse or take my own life.

I was, after a year of persistent badgering by my GP, finally taken on as a patient by the COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH TEAM at the Bridge Centre, Basingstoke under HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST. I have since received concurrent treatment from three psychotherapists at the MID-HANTS PSYCHOLOGY TEAM though I am still suffering from trauma and experiencing suicidal ideation as a consequence of the wrong service provision by CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke under the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and the false accusations of criminal offences made by HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY.

I have made multiple further complaints to HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY asking for the false accusations of offences to be removed from their database. HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY has refused to uphold my complaints, informing me that ‘THE MATTER REPORTED HAS BEEN CORRECTLY RECORDED UNDER THE HEADING OF STALKING/HARASSMENT’ but ignored the substantiative issue at the heart of those complaints, that being the information recorded under the heading is CATEGORICALLY FALSE. HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY has suggested that I seek a ‘judicial review’. I cannot afford to pay the expensive costs of a ‘judicial review’ to overturn the injustice perpetrated by HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY. I cannot afford justice.

I protested against HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY by way of three hunger strikes, monitored by the COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH TEAM at the Bridge Centre, Basingstoke, without effect.

In June, 2025 I announced my intent to peacefully protest against HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY, the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and the PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN. Despite making my intentions in writing, explicitly stating the nature of my protest to be entirely peaceful, I was referred to the counter-terrorism initiative, PREVENT. The referral was made by a senior member of management within HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST following advice given by HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY.

The referral to PREVENT was actioned and closed by counter-terrorism immediately due to lack of merit. I have been trying to hold HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY to account over their respective parts in the inappropriate referral. I enlisted the assistance of the INFORMATION COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE after both HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY refused to comply with my ACCESS TO RECORDS requests. ( The actual PREVENT referral forms were sent to me by mistake and show that the referrer made false claims against me. )

The INFORMATION COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE investigated both HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST and HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY and an ‘INFRINGEMENT NOTICE’ was issued to INFORMATION GOVERNENCE at HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST about the handling of my ACCESS TO RECORDS request. However, the INFORMATION COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE informed me that they do not have legal power to compel either HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST or HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY to release my personal data and advised me to seek legal representation.

The ‘INFRINGEMENT NOTICE’ issued to INFORMATION GOVERNENCE at HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST by the INFORMATION COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE supports my contention that the TRUST acted UNLAWFULLY. I would go further and suggest that the INFORMATION GOVERNENCE at HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST used LAWFARE to deny my access to my personal data. I consider the act of manipulating GDPR legislation to advantage the TRUST to be an act of CORRUPTION.

Similarly, HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY have made cynical use of GDPR exemptions to deny my access to my personal data. If the referral of me to PREVENT was actioned and closed then there can be no reasonable justification to deny my access to my personal data. I believe that HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY is acting UNLAWFULLY. I can only surmise that HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY are hiding evidence that is incriminating.

The HEALTH AND CARE PROFESSIONS COUNCIL are currently investigating their registrant, the same art therapist who provided the wrong service provision at CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke under the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST between September, 2021 and December, 2021. The HEALTH AND CARE PROFESSIONS COUNCIL website flow-chart suggests that a typical investigation takes 8 MONTHS to reach it’s INVESTIGATORY COMMITTEE PANEL stage. It has actually taken the HEALTH AND CARE PROFESSIONS COUNCIL FORTY-SIX MONTHS to bring my ‘fitness to practice’ complaint to the same  INVESTIGATORY COMMITTEE PANEL stage.

The PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN have refused to investigate the FULL SCOPE of my complaints originally made in August, 2022 despite overwhelming evidence of lies, dishonesty and corruption. The PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN has been failing the UK public for more than a decade as reported in the national press and documented by campaigner, Della Reynolds. I am currently calling for my local MP and the PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE for urgent legislative reform. It is my firm belief that the PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN is acting against NHS service users and that first tier complaints managers working in Patient Advisory Liaison Services understand this is baked into the complaints process. This undermines accountability, contributes to the perpetual erosion of services and destroys trust.

I have complained to https://www.gov.uk/guidance/report-a-concern-about-prevent  about the inappropriate referral of me to PREVENT. The HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST evidently have a very poor understanding of the PREVENT DUTY and have demonstrated an arrogant refusal to acknowledge wrongdoing in my case. I believe this combination of ignorance and arrogance is shared throughout the NHS and presents a significant risk to other NHS patients. Advocacy groups like PREVENTWATCH will attest to the misuse of PREVENT DUTY that destroys lives and stigmatises the most vulnerable members of our society.

Everything reported above is part of the biographical account of my journey through mental health services in Basingstoke, with particular reference to the disturbing and truly harrowing experiences with two NHS Foundation Trusts, while advocating on behalf of my mentally ill daughter. We have suffered, variously between us, appallingly from clinical neglect, mismanagement, misrepresentation, ineptitude, lies and corruption. I actually had to resort to threats of hunger strikes before HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST finally offered my daughter the appropriate mental health intervention, SIX YEARS after she was originally put on a waiting list by CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke under the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST. I firmly believe that if my daughter had been treated in a timely manner and been offered the correct psychotherapy from the outset then she may have made a full mental health recovery. It is looking increasingly likely that she never will. I have been journalling my biographical account at www.fourandtwentydeadcrows.com and have collected hundreds of pages of evidence, documents, medical records and emails that cover all the issues highlighted above.

I am seeking legal assistance, under LEGAL AID provision, to remedy multiple grievances against

CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, BASINGSTOKE,

the art therapist who provided damaging psychotherapy outside of their professional remit,

the SUSSEX PARTNERSHIP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST,

HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST ( formally SOUTHERN HEALTH NHS FOUNDATION TRUST ),

INFORMATION GOVERNANCE at HAMPSHIRE & IOW HEALTHCARE NHS FOUNDATION TRUST,

HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY,

the JOINT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT UNIT of HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY,

the PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN.

Statutes of limitations may have expired on a number of these issues but I would argue that my documented poor mental health has often rendered me uncapable of understanding my legal options and responding in a timely manner.

I am committed to further protests, particularly against HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY and will escalate actions that promote my cause and bring my story to the attention of the nation and, perhaps, the world. In so doing, I will also be raising awareness of the abject failures of mental health services in BASINGSTOKE and the dereliction of duty by the PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN. I will continue to protest responsibly and pro-socially but reserve the right to escalate and become provocative in the spirit of protesting. I may decide to protest by way of theatrical stunts outside prominent and high profile government buildings in Central London and outside CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, BASINGSTOKE, CMHT, The Bridge Centre, BASINGSTOKE, HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY offices at Parklands, BASINGSTOKE and outside the BBC and SKY NEWS headquarters in Central and West London.

I AM calling for collective, class or group actions against the PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN for their failures to properly investigate a significant portion of complaints made by service users of the NHS. I WILL simultaneously lobby my own MP for BASINGSTOKE, LUKE MURPHY, to raise this issue in PARLIAMENT and join the PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE calling for urgent legislative reform of the PARLIAMENTARY HEALTH SERVICE OMBUDSMAN.

I WILL be initiating a high-profile, online media campaign in the next few weeks, designed to drive traffic to my blog at www.fourandtwentydeadcrows.com where I will tell the truth, continuing to name those responsible for clinical negligence, lies, wilful misrepresentation, false allegations of criminal offences, the misuse of the government’s counter-terrorism policy PREVENT and corruption.

I have no intention of causing harm but accept that the authorities will over-react, AGAIN, especially the police who might arrest and charge me with further concocted offences.

I would be grateful for whatever legal assistance and or advice offered.

I would be also welcome any involvement of those working within the national press in sharing my story.

I firmly believe my story to be a matter of public interest and of serious concern to everyone living in this country.
