This email, along with 14 attached documents, was sent to me on the 5th October, 2022, a full SIX MONTHS after I had made my original ‘access to records’ request.
The immediate questions that sprang to mind were,
What does ‘the complex nature of your complaint and surrounding concerns’ actually mean?
Why were the 14 documents attached not disclosed along with the records released on the 21st June, 2022 following my original ‘access to records’ request in April, 2022?
What other records were still being withheld and who was making the executive decision to withhold further information?
As it turned out, Information Governance at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (IGSP) did release further information much later after my daughter, Meg, had made her own ‘access to records’ request but I suspect this was an oversight. Katie Rees moved on from her position as Head of Information Governance, FOI & Records later in the autumn of 2022 and her successor was probably unaware of the prohibition against me.
I believe the rationale behind the wording ‘the complex nature of your complaint and surrounding concerns’ was informed by Wanda Reynolds.
I believe it was Wanda Reynolds who was ‘managing’ my access to information, drip-feeding records in an attempt to erode my resolve, and persuade me to give up my own investigation before incriminating evidence found its way into my possession.
I believe that Wanda Reynolds was employing the standard tactics used by ‘spin-doctors’, reframing or modifying the perception of an issue or event to reduce any negative impact it might have on interested parties.
I will remind the faithful reader of my post ‘FOUR AND TWENTY DEAD CROWS # 17 Wanda Reynolds Intervenes ‘ and the letter that she sent to me on the 23rd March, 2022. In that letter, Wanda Reynolds stated
‘I appreciate that in your final session you discussed the return of your art work and you agreed with Sally that you would make contact when you felt ready. Unfortunately, whilst this was agreed with Sally we are unable to facilitate a further appointment to hand the art work over as Meg is now closed to our service.’
Wanda Reynolds was being utterly disingenuous. Wanda Reynolds had, in fact, been lying to me. Lying by OMISSION
Lying by omission is a form of deception where someone intentionally withholds important information that changes the perception or understanding of a situation.
'Omission lying can be defined as the deliberate withholding of pertinent facts or information regarding a person, event, life history or scenario which leads the person receiving this incomplete information to perceive and act differently than they would if they had been given the full relevant information.
In other words, a person deceiving someone else not by what is said, but by what is NOT said, what is left out, of the information they give about something.
In this sense omission lying can be just as damaging, if not more damaging, than straightforward lying, since it is more covert, sneaky and can take longer to uncover, sometimes not being uncovered at all.

There was nothing in Wanda Reynolds letter to me that referenced the very real, covert operation planned and actioned by clinicians and leadership against me. Indeed, Wanda Reynolds was co-author at that time of decisions made against me. She knew everything but lied to me anyway. LIED, mostly by omission. Wanda Reynolds was obviously troubled by my dogged persistence with my own investigation and she was likely desperate to divert me away from the truth.
While I had since uncovered much of the truth I am still confused by motives and confounded by the efforts to avoid accountability.
Among the 14 documents attached to Katie Rees’s last email were more of Sally Mungall’s ‘session notes’ made during my therapeutic relationship with her in 2021. These new disclosures did not complete the full set of ‘session notes’. Multiple requests by me for access to the final two ‘session notes’ have been routinely ignored.
WHY?
I believe I was denied access to the final two ‘session notes’ because they contain evidence that incriminated Sally Mungall.
So, what about the ‘session notes’ already disclosed by IGSP?
And what about the evidence already disclosed?
And what about the evidence later inadvertently (?) disclosed following Meg’s own ‘access to records’ request?
Both my daughter and I have suffered considerable psychological damage because of acts of commission and acts of omission while under the supposed care of clinicians and leadership working at CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke and the wider SPFT.
Meg was clinically neglected and I was clinically abused. Our psychological distress was CAUSED by the clinicians and leadership working at CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke and the wider SPFT.

Throughout the following posts of ‘Just Caws’ I will set out the evidence that proves my daughter was neglected and that I was abused by clinicians and leadership working at CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke and the wider SPFT.
I have since been under the care of FOUR psychotherapists and THREE psychologists but remain psychologically damaged.
I have, so far, spent more than THREE AND A HALF YEARS trying to make sense of what happened to me.
This Blog is a part of that process of understanding. Writing my experiences down as a journal is therapeutically valuable. In the 1980s, social psychologist Dr. James Pennebaker studied the effects of writing about emotional pain. Pennebaker’s experiments suggest that journaling goes beyond recording emotionally troubling or traumatic experiences

And I will lay out everything learned in therapy over the last three years, with psychotherapist, Isobel Brooks at Basingstoke Counselling Services, and with CAT therapist, Mahwash Gaba, EMDR specialist, Clara Long and CAT therapist, Dr Jackie Preston at CMHT The Bridge Centre.
With all the evidence gathered through medical records and the insights accumulated through therapy I will formulate a THEORY OF EVERYTHING that explains what happened in therapy with Sally Mungall, what actually went wrong and the rationale behind the dishonesty of all those involved including Wanda Reynolds.
I will show how acts of commission and acts of omissions contributed to the catastrophic outcomes faced by my daughter and me herding us like condemned cattle into the mental traps of PERSONALISATION, PERVASIVENESS AND PERMANENCE.
I will publish this all here on my blog because I believe that there is an absolute moral necessity.
I believe there is JUST CAUSE.
And I will begin by back-engineering from the declaration made by Sally Mungall in the document
‘megan 1365700 – 02.09.2021 case disc following first appointment.pdf’ which was completed by Sally Mungall between 14.00 and 14.20 on the 2nd September, 2021 immediately following her first meeting with me. Her written words state
‘case discussion following SM’s parent work appointment.’
‘Strong countertransference of feeling violated by the intrusiveness within the room’.
