The ‘Project’.
I have, for more than a year, been making references to a creative ‘project’ designed to create widespread public awareness of the issues raised in this blog. I am, by vocation, a professional illustrator with a background in animation and comic books. I have worked as a character artist for Warner Bros and a freelance artist for the Walt Disney Company and have been extensively trained in the art of graphic narrative. When I first announced the ‘project’ I had anticipated publishing it in serialized format across multiple social media platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, Deviant Art and Facebook. It was originally conceived to be a visually arresting, light-hearted form of entertainment designed to attract a significantly larger national audience for possible upcoming protests, demonstrations or refreshed hunger strikes. My theory has been that protests, demonstrations and hunger strikes would carry significant political weight if I had the attention of thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands.
The ‘Project’ has grown.
It is no longer the solution to an urgent need. It has evolved into an entirely different beast, grander in concept and ambition, becoming the soapbox for my continued grievances, the remainder of my life’s artistic work and quite possibly my magnus opus. It shouldn’t be rushed.
Making a documentary.
While I continue to hone and perfect my ‘Project’ I still need to create widespread awareness of my story and support against the various injustices that have been heaped upon my shoulders.
My daughter, Meg, has sometimes suggested that I make shortform videos to promote my causes and publish them on YouTube or Tik Tok. Aside from drawing and painting for a living I have, in the past, also been variously employed as a lecturer, teacher and trainer. I have some skill in public speaking and am quite comfortable in front of a camera while Meg already owns all the necessary camera equipment and computer software to film and edit reasonably professional documentary style videos.
The current idea is to make a documentary version of my blog, ‘Four and Twenty Dead Crows’, retelling the biographical account of my journey through mental health services in Basingstoke. This documentary would be presented in episodes of around five minutes each, covering all of the contentious issues that have arisen over the last few years, focusing on CAMHS, Bramblys Drive, Basingstoke, the Community Mental Health Team at the Bridge Centre, Basingstoke, Hampshire Constabulary in Basingstoke and Winchester and the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman. I would take cameras on location around Basingstoke and to Central London and possibly Manchester. I would extend invitations to prominent spokespeople for interview.
I would upload each episode to all prominent social media platforms and forward to the BBC, GB News, Sky News, other news corporations and the alternative media.
It would be fun to continue my cosplay persona and don the same crow mask and cape that I used in my protests outside Parliament and Downing Street on the 24th June, 2025 though I am tempted to make a new headpiece, adopting the guise of the disputatious main character in my ‘Project’.
Further protests.
Hampshire Constabulary continue to refuse to remove FALSE, DISCRIMINATORY and PSYCHOLOGICALLY DAMAGING information about me from their database in relation to accusations made against me by CAMHS ‘art therapist’, Sally Mungall. The most egregious of those accusations ie STALKING, carries a maximum of ten years’ imprisonment and/or a fine on indictment. While no criminal charges were brought against me and ‘no further action’ taken, that information will remain on the database for more than another SIX YEARS, quite possibly until I am 100 years old!
That is an untenable burden for me to bear.
I categorically NEVER stalked CAMHS ‘art therapist’, Sally Mungall.
Either Sally Mungall LIED to Hampshire Constabulary or
Hampshire Constabulary fucked up. ( it wouldn’t be the first time ).
Nobody has offered any proof or evidence to support this accusation. There isn’t any.
I cannot walk away from this. I am not allowed to walk away from this. It will follow me wherever I go.
I need to keep shouting about this and I need to keep protesting!
If I do not manage to secure legal assistance, if I do not get my ‘project’ off the ground, if I am unable to make my documentary
then I will need to resume with my protests outside prominent government sites in central London and risk another referral to PREVENT and possible arrest. If I resume with hunger strikes then I will be endangering my life.
