LATEST ISSUES 14th July, 2026

I received the following email from the HCPC this morning.

If the relisting remains unaltered and the Investigation Panel don't consider my complaint until the 7th September, 2026 then this HCPC 'fitness to practice' fiasco stumbles into it's FIFTH YEAR with no apparent progress.

An update on our case

I am writing to provide you with an update on our investigation of the concerns into Sally L Mungall's fitness to practise.

I have been informed that due to the unavailability of an Arts Therapist presiding member the case was unable to be considered yesterday by the panel. The matter has been relisted for 7 September 2026. 

I apologise for the delay this has caused. If one becomes available in August the scheduling team will look to bring this case forward and I will update you accordingly. 

Please quote the ‘FTP’ reference number at the top of this letter in your correspondence with us. This will ensure that we are able to respond as quickly as possible to your questions.
